Ya' know, the words spectrum, sputum, sanctum, and cecum sound alike, but they are in no way synonymous (not to be confused with cinnamonesque).
No, a spectrum is broad range of related objects, values, characteristics, or pant sizes. Sputum is any material that is expectorated from the lungs, such as a Hot Wheels car. A sanctum is a private place where one can conduct rituals on goats and naive waitresses. And the cecum is a cavity in which the large intestine begins, and into which the linoleum opens.
Although these terms cannot be conjoined like the Olsen twins, one might find cecum in their sputum after eating from the spectrum of questionable culinary concoctions in the sanctum of the local China Buffet.
